Kidnapping for Ransom
March 25, 2015 Update

The Vallejo Police Department continues to investigate the disappearance and
possible abduction of Denise Huskins from Vallejo on March 22, 2015.

On March 24, 2015, search teams focused on an area of the Mare Island
waterfront where there was some indication that a mass consistent in size to an
adult human might have been submerged.

Dive teams were deployed. An underwater search of the focus area met with negative results and nothing of significance was located.

All leads received from the public continue to be vigorously investigated. Anyone
who may have information regarding Huskins’ location and welfare are encouraged to call the Vallejo Police Department Detective Division at 707 648-4524.

Absent unexpected developments, no additional comment will be made by
Vallejo Police Department personnel until March 25, 2015 at 3:00 pm.
