Birds of all shapes and sizes live on and pass through Mare Island in the north end of the San Francisco bay area. From February 5th-7th, Mare Island hosts the 14th annual Flyway Festival featuring an art show, nature hikes and expo to celebrate the nature and beauty that our island has to offer.
